Traditional Brokerage
Own your first asset. Build your base.
Begin with a direct property transaction. DYRAA's advisory team guides you through the complete acquisition process — RERA verification, title due diligence, legal documentation, and negotiation. You get the asset. We get a transparent commission.
This is where you learn the market, build equity, and establish your foundation. Every wealth journey in real estate starts with a single owned asset. Minimum entry: your budget. Maximum ceiling: none.
REGULATORY NOTE: All brokerage transactions are conducted under RERA Act 2016 and applicable state RERA regulations. Title due diligence and legal checks are performed by DYRAA's in-house legal team. Past appreciation figures are indicative and not guaranteed.
Tier II Per Annum Model · Invited Members
Fractional Ownership
Co-own premium assets. Earn annually.
Co-own high-yield commercial or residential assets through SEBI-regulated Fractional Ownership Platforms (FOPs) under the SM REIT framework notified in March 2024. Assets are held via Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). You receive proportional rental income annually, plus capital appreciation on exit.
Minimum investment per SEBI SM REIT guidelines: ₹10 Lakh. The FOP must be registered with SEBI. All offer documents meet SEBI disclosure standards.
REGULATORY NOTE: Fractional ownership opportunities are offered exclusively through SEBI-registered SM REITs under SEBI (REIT) (Amendment) Regulations 2024. These are securities and carry investment risk. Yields are indicative and not guaranteed. Investments may be illiquid. DYRAA does not act as a SEBI Investment Advisor. Full SEBI-regulated REITs function like mutual funds for real estate — professionally managed, listed on stock exchanges, and accessible from ₹10,000. India's listed REITs (Embassy, Mindspace, Brookfield, Nexus) offer quarterly distributions and are traded like stocks.

DYRAA operates under RERA Act 2016 for all brokerage transactions. Fractional ownership products are structured under SEBI (REIT) (Amendment) Regulations 2024, exclusively through SEBI-registered SM REITs. REIT portfolio guidance is informational only and does not constitute SEBI-registered investment advisory services. All content is educational. Investors must seek independent legal and financial advice. NRI investments must comply with FEMA 1999 and applicable RBI guidelines. DYRAA holds no SEBI registration as Portfolio Manager, Investment Advisor, or Stockbroker.
