When an NRI sells property in India, the buyer is required to deduct TDS at 20% (on long-term capital gains) or 30% (short-term). DYRAA's legal team ensures proper TDS deduction, Form 16B issuance and helps you file for a lower TDS certificate from the Income Tax department where applicable.

You get it notarised by a local notary in your country of residence, then apostilled (for Hague Convention countries) or attested by the Indian Consulate (for non-Hague countries).
